Jeff artist's statement			Stephanic Biography Portfolios
Although the viewer's first impression may be one of direct reality, these images are the result of a search for a sense of intimate space and place. Careful organization of space and subtle use of color is used to draw the viewer into a meditative experience with the scene. Every moment one can remove the self from the often harsh realities of daily existence is a moment of rejuvination. Unapologetically, these images are offered not to avoid reality but to provide a few moments of simple inner peace and contemplative pleasure.

	This collection presents selections of the artist's digiital work from 1995 to the present. Previous works will be added soon. Stephanic began his artistic career as a photographer, specializing in hand-colored black and white photographs. During the mid 1980s he began experimenting with digital imaging and by the mid 1990s he began focusing on digital photography and printmaking.
All prints are printed on archival fine art papers with archival inks. Prints may be purchased as a portfolio set with special pricing or as individual prints. Custom sizes are avaialble. More Information.
